What happens if I'm playing for real money and the games suddenly gets disconnected ?

When a player disconnects, he has 90 seconds to return to the game. If the player has not returned within 90 seconds, he will lose the game along with his stake.

How do I get more play money (practice money) once it runs out?

Each time the play money (practice money / free game) balance reaches a level below $20 you can automatically receive an additional $200 into the Cashier by clicking on "Get More Money". If you received $200 three times within a 24 hour period, the system will let you get more money only after the 24 hour period has expired.

What is the Move Time?

Move time is the time each player has to complete his move. A clock next to the player displays the time. The clock will turn red when the time is ending. If the time runs out, the game will automatically be terminated. The player whose time ran out will be the loser.

Stopping and Continuing a Domino Game?

If you started to play a game of dominos and the game was disconnected you have 90 seconds to reconnect and continue the game. If you do not return within 90 seconds, you will lose the game.

How do I know that I'm playing against real money players and not robots?

You have the option of corresponding with your opponents and the watchers via the live chat feature. PlayFast.com does everything possible to ensure that all the players can enjoy a fair game against real opponents. How do I automatically draw tiles from the bone yard?

Open the Options Window and check the box next to the option "Draw Tile Automatically."

Is the bones (Dominoes) deal random?

We use a random number generator and test the RNG on our system by running millions of rounds to examine the results. We also regularly test the system to ensure its imartiality.

We encourage players to check and analyze the points given on their tiles. Our commission is earned based on the winning prizes therefore we have no preference on who wins any particular game. We do not discriminate, nor do we favor any particular player, group, or nationality by tile or any other feature.

What is the player ranking and how is it calculated?
